Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. The company recently raised $1.37B in Series D funding at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding its manufacturing footprint and Factory-as-a-Service platform. As Production Planner, you will own the detailed production schedule day-to-day and keep the factory running on time. You'll release work orders, track them through every operation, and be the person who spots delays before they become missed program milestones. You'll work with Production leadership to set priorities and resolve conflicts on the floor, and maintain accurate schedule data in ERP and MES systems. Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining detailed production schedules across all operations; releasing work orders to the floor and tracking progress through completion; setting milestone dates on work orders to drive priorities and reflect real commitments; partnering with Production leadership to establish priorities and resolve production conflicts; monitoring production progress and flagging constraints and delays early; developing recovery schedules when production falls behind; supporting daily scheduling meetings and weekly schedule reviews; maintaining schedule data accuracy in ERP/MES systems; partnering with go-to-market and Operations teams on priorities; and supporting rate readiness reviews and new program integration. This is a hands-on execution role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling, with a dotted line to the local site General Manager. You'll apply the scheduling methodology and standard work the function is building and be a key voice in making it better as the company scales. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or shop floor operations in a manufacturing environment • Working knowledge of production scheduling, work order management, sequencing, and priority management • Hands-on experience with ERP and/or MES systems, with strong attention to data accuracy and integrity • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with schedule data (Excel required; SQL or BI tools a plus) • Clear communicator who can align the floor, program teams, and commercial partners and deliver hard news early • Skilled at working through differing opinions and competing viewpoints, building consensus where possible and driving to firm decisions • Bias for action and comfort in fast-paced, changing environment; calm under delivery pressure • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant experience • 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations Note: ITAR requirements apply—must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
