Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the future of energy-efficient AI compute. As Production Planner, you will serve as the operational architect of manufacturing cadence, converting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasts into achievable, capacity-constrained Master Production Schedules (MPS) and driving execution across Crusoe's manufacturing footprint.
You will own the translation of demand signals into real production schedules, managing either network-level operations (cross-site MPS, time fences, master scheduling) or site-cluster responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: converting reconciled S&OP plans into time-phased MPS by SKU, site, and work center; assessing true capacity feasibility across lines, shifts, and work centers; setting and enforcing planning time fences (Frozen/Firm/Free) with clear exception approval processes; tracking multi-site handoff timing for dependent facility pairs (e.g., Arvada fabrication feeding Brighton assembly); translating network MPS into site-level targets and overseeing Site Schedulers; monitoring schedule adherence and conducting root-cause analysis on deviations; and presenting capacity assessments and metrics in monthly S&OP forums.
You bring 3–5+ years of dedicated production planning, detailed scheduling, or master scheduling experience in manufacturing environments. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). You have solid working knowledge of MPS/MRP logic, finite capacity planning, and ERP scheduling modules (Acumatica or similar). You're comfortable presenting capacity constraints and trade-offs to cross-functional leadership.
Bonus qualifications include APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM), multi-site production planning experience across dependent facilities, hands-on Acumatica ERP experience, and background in high-tech manufacturing, modular data center production, or complex assembly environments.
Crusoe offers competitive compensation with equity, RSUs, comprehensive health/dental/vision, HSA contributions, paid parental leave, professional development, mental health support, commuter benefits, cell phone stipend, 401(k) match, volunteer time off, and global travel insurance.
