As a Production Partner, you will be a critical operational hub supporting the mortgage lending process. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Lead generation and scheduling: Follow up with new leads promptly, respond to inquiries, and schedule initial consultations with Mortgage Advisors. Maintain consistent outreach to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Application support: Collect borrower information including financial details, employment history, loan purpose, and timeline. Assist borrowers in completing loan applications accurately and ensure all data is properly entered into the system.
• Documentation management: Request required documentation from borrowers, maintain follow-up to ensure completeness, and organize files before submission for pre-approval review. Ensure borrowers understand next steps and timelines.
• Partner communication: Provide status updates to referral partners during the pre-approval process, confirming receipt of leads and keeping them informed of client progress.
• Calendar and CRM management: Help coordinate the Mortgage Advisor's schedule, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records of lead activity, borrower interactions, and loan pipeline progress.
You'll need strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and self-motivation. A high school diploma is required; finance coursework is advantageous.
