Salary: CAD 85,000 - 100,000 / annual

The Production Engineering Analyst will drive the development of lean vehicle reconditioning production and lead transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. This is a key role supporting the company's rapid growth trajectory. Key responsibilities include: measuring and analyzing production performance through metrics related to throughput, quality, cost, and safety; partnering with cross-functional teams (Production, Software/Systems, Finance, Safety) to identify and implement improvements; owning production projects from conception through execution, including scoping, planning, vendor coordination, and budget/timeline tracking; designing and improving production processes and layouts using CAD and data-driven recommendations; developing standardized work and staffing models through time-and-motion studies; driving continuous improvement using Lean tools (Kaizen, Gemba walks, 5S, value stream mapping, visual management); identifying and eliminating inefficiencies and bottlenecks; and contributing to the company's broader production strategy. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of production/manufacturing engineering experience in operational environments, preferably fast-paced or fast-growing settings. Required skills include demonstrated Lean project leadership in manufacturing or repair settings, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), ability to build and interpret production metrics and statistical tools (Pareto, SPC), solid project management fundamentals, and excellent cross-functional communication. The role demands self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision, and genuine enthusiasm for ambitious goals and rapid growth.
