Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual
InvestNext is building a connected real estate investment management platform that simplifies real estate investing for GPs and investor relations teams. As a Product Support Specialist, you'll be the first-line support contact for customers in the real estate industry, serving as an expert on both our customers and our growing product suite.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to support inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, phone, video), troubleshooting complex customer issues, and owning customer satisfaction metrics. You'll communicate with customers to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and escalate technical issues to the product development team. You'll also assist new customers with onboarding, training, and platform adoption; maintain and improve self-serve resources like support articles and videos; participate in team standups; test new features; and develop training materials.
You'll need 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment, with strong communication skills across multiple channels. Proficiency with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce is required. You should be comfortable troubleshooting ambiguous or complex issues, managing workflows to improve response times, and adapting quickly to new tools and evolving business demands. Self-motivation and a willingness to take ownership are essential.
The role is fully remote for US and Canada-based employees.
