As a Product Specialist, you will be a key member of the customer-facing team, responsible for configuring and implementing our solutions to meet diverse customer needs. You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored workflows and document types, configure AI prompts, and ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Solutioning and configuration of applications to meet customer needs, including workflows, document types, AI prompts, and customer style guides
- Training users and administrators on product usage
- Managing and coordinating customer projects to ensure successful delivery
- Providing post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
- Supporting pre-sales activities including needs analysis, virtual/in-person solution demonstrations, and contributing to proposals
- Analyzing and deploying new product features
- Maintaining production and sandbox environments
- Creating regular and ad hoc customer reports
You will work with clients in the life sciences and clinical research space, helping them achieve operational efficiency, automate processes, and make smarter decisions to accelerate time-to-market. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technology, cloud computing, and big data applications in a regulated, high-impact industry.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience as a product specialist, customer success manager, or consultant
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions (clinical, drug R&D, or regulatory submission software highly preferred)
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate potential solutions
- Proven track record fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and switch contexts quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
Nice to have:
- Understanding of life sciences drug development processes
- Understanding of life sciences compliance requirements
