As a Product Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of Support, Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams, translating user signals into structured platform improvements. Your core responsibilities include: • Advocate for learner and administrator needs by influencing product roadmaps, driving issue resolution, and building creative technical solutions using deep Coursera platform expertise • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and execute workflows for new feature launches, ensuring operational readiness and representing user needs • Enable users directly by working with Support teams on escalation resolution, issue triage, and updating internal resources • Own projects that improve operational processes and internal tools to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency • Analyze and present data-driven support insights to internal stakeholders, identifying trends and guiding strategic decision-making • Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to create user-centric solutions You'll demonstrate customer advocacy by keeping learners, partners, and administrators at the center of your work. You'll manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders, adapting quickly to changes while identifying process improvements. Your ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential. As you grow in the role, you'll take on higher-impact projects and partner closely with leaders across the organization. The position offers flexibility to work from home, an office, or collaboration spaces as part of a globally distributed team.
