Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Sourcing Specialist to join the Fort Collins manufacturing team. This role owns supplier selection, qualification, and material availability for production components supporting radar and sensor manufacturing lines. You will drive sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships, develop and de-risk the manufacturing bill of materials (BOM), and ensure parts availability in the ERP/MRP system to keep production on schedule, on quality, and on cost.
Key responsibilities include conducting supplier selection leveraging Anduril's approved supplier list, partnering with engineering and manufacturing to qualify components and resolve supply issues, supporting BOM development and consolidation with Quality and Manufacturing teams, and owning part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system. You will contribute to BOM risk assessments by identifying alternate and second-source components, drive component and supplier rationalization to reduce complexity, track supplier performance metrics, and support cost-awareness initiatives including should-cost analysis and tariff/inflation impact assessment. You will also establish and improve sourcing policies, standards, and processes for the production line.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related technical field, with 1–2 years of supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing experience. You must have hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite), demonstrated supplier management and negotiation skills, procurement experience with custom parts, and broad commodity sourcing experience including PCBA. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience sourcing electronics and mechanical components for RF/sensor or complex hardware, familiarity with BOM development and component qualification, exposure to value engineering or total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) analysis, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
