As Product Owner for CIS (Customer Information System), you will own the product vision and execution for a core utility platform. You will facilitate discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to refine existing features and uncover new capabilities. You'll manage and evaluate product ideas from multiple sources, facilitate feedback loops throughout development cycles, and work closely with the Development Team Lead to ensure successful delivery. You will engage with Service Delivery on project requirements, support the development team through SCRUM sprint cycles, and liaise with Customer Success to identify patterns in customer issues and enhancement requests.
Additional responsibilities include providing product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, leading new feature education for user enablement, collaborating with the Product Manager on OKRs for the CIS product, collaborating on quality management practices, providing delivery forecasts, supporting sales in estimating quotable development work, and collaborating with business development on RFPs and SOWs. You will also help define and refine product management processes and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Thorough and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent context switching and shifting priorities; strong prioritization ability
- Positive, creative, and curious mindset
- Understanding of system design and analysis
- Strong B2B product and business experience, including direct work with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in the utilities industry is an asset
- Ability to thrive collaborating closely with internal teams and direct customer engagement
