Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist to support its Maritime autonomous systems division. The Maritime team builds world-class autonomous undersea and surface vehicles (Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, Seabed Sentry) and seabed sensors, powered by Lattice OS, an AI-driven command and control platform.
In this role, you will be central to ensuring reliability and operational readiness of Anduril's Maritime fleet. You will support end users by improving field failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution processes. Key responsibilities include:
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the global Maritime fleet, combining customer mission understanding with deep product knowledge.
• Partner with software and hardware engineering teams to translate real-world field telemetry and failure data into permanent system upgrades and design improvements.
• Oversee collection and analysis of fleet health data using advanced data-driven tools to predict and prevent failures.
• Act as a critical translator between engineering teams, business development stakeholders, and military operators in the field.
• Provide exceptional technical support for global users, managing high-priority incident communications and driving rapid resolution.
• Help standardize and scale sustainment operations, building processes to support exponential fleet growth worldwide.
Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience. You must be a self-starter with proven problem-solving ability in complex, unstructured technical challenges. Strong technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance is required. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Quincy, MA. Willingness to travel as needed to support customer operations and test events, including non-standard hours and weekends.
Preferred: Experience supporting or deploying undersea munitions, vehicles, or unmanned undersea systems (UUVs) as a DoD contractor or military end-user. Familiarity with conventional naval systems or military naval operations. Hands-on experience with Linux command-line interfaces.
