Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist to join the Launched Effects team, which builds Altius—a family of tube-launched, highly autonomous drones designed for intelligence, surveillance, and strike capabilities. This is a technical role at the intersection of hardware engineering, software development, and military operations. You will own the full lifecycle of product incidents across the global Altius fleet: identify, triage, diagnose, and root-cause complex electromechanical failures using log review, telemetry analysis, and Linux command-line diagnostics. You'll build deep expertise on the air vehicle and launcher configurations, tracing failures at integration boundaries between hardware and software systems. Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering teams to convert field failures into systemic reliability improvements and permanent design changes; continuously improving fleet observability and health telemetry; collecting and analyzing system failure data to identify trends and inform resource allocation; delivering responsive technical support to global users managing customer-facing incidents; translating between deeply technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; and contributing to runbooks, triage procedures, and technical guidance that enable operations to scale. Travel as needed to support customer operations and test events. This role requires 2+ years of professional experience supporting or troubleshooting complex technical systems (aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical); a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on military/aerospace/industrial experience; strong problem-solving aptitude at the hardware-software-networking interface; self-starter mentality; excellent communication skills; and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance.
