As Product Operations Manager for the Americas region, you will be the operational backbone of Fever's marketplace across North, Central, and South America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role combining product operations with people leadership.
Team Leadership & Coordination: You will lead and develop a small regional team of marketplace operations specialists. You'll set priorities, run weekly team rituals, ensure balanced workloads and high-quality output, and serve as the escalation point for complex partner or marketplace issues. You'll represent the Americas operations function in global cross-functional forums, flagging regional needs and translating global initiatives into local execution.
Product Operations: Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of events on the platform. Serve as the primary operational interface with the product team. Design, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for marketplace workflows. Identify and implement tooling or automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase throughput. Monitor marketplace health metrics (SLAs, error rates) and drive corrective actions when trends deteriorate.
Partner & Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with internal teams to align product operational needs. Gather structured partner feedback and translate it into actionable product or process improvements.
Required: 4-7 years in marketplace operations, platform operations, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or entertainment. Demonstrated team coordination or leadership experience (formal or informal). Strong process orientation with workflow design and SOP documentation skills. Ability to partner with product teams, translating operational reality into product feedback. Analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving; Excel/Sheets proficiency required, SQL or BI tools a plus. Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages valued. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities.
