Ripple is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join its Singapore office and support the company's 24/7 global operations. You will play a key role in managing operational activities for Ripple's crypto and financial products, working closely with Markets, Risk, Treasury, and Legal teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Finance and Operations teams and external customers to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds
- Reconciling positions and balances across various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin
- Monitoring intraday trading and settlement activity in partnership with the Ripple Trading and Markets team
- Understanding risks and requirements for different asset types (cryptocurrencies, cleared instruments, OTC, derivatives) to respond quickly to market activity and exceptions
- Recording transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries in Ripple's systems of record
- Becoming an expert in finance operational flows by documenting and detailing existing processes with key collaborators
- Identifying manual processes that can be automated or streamlined, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
You will begin with reconciliation and settlement support, then expand into process automation, system configuration, and cross-product expertise as you demonstrate impact. The role operates on a follow-the-sun model with weekend/holiday shift patterns as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant hands-on experience in operations, clearing, and settlement, including reconciliation
- Proven experience monitoring venues and systems in real-time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues
- Understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, balance sheet reconciliation) strongly preferred
- Curiosity and initiative to identify manual processes for automation or streamlining
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills in dynamic environments
- Experience with implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions
- Broad understanding of markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives)
- Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations is a plus
- Willingness to work weekend/holiday shift patterns as required
