You'll join the Marketplace Operations Team, responsible for keeping Fever's ticketing and distribution infrastructure running smoothly. Your core responsibilities include: **Back Office Management**: Create, configure, monitor, and maintain experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms. You'll ensure all systems are properly set up and performing optimally. **Operational Monitoring**: Conduct daily checks of published experiences to verify correct setup, performance, and smooth operation. Proactively identify and escalate issues before they impact users. **Cross-Team Coordination**: Collaborate daily with Project Management, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders. You'll support back-office configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal processes. **API Integration Maintenance**: Oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations. Identify issues proactively, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences. **Team Alignment & Reporting**: Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and maintain marketplace operations continuity.
