Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Manager for its Maritime division to lead the operational reliability and readiness of autonomous undersea and surface systems. The Maritime team builds world-class platforms including Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry—intelligent autonomous systems designed to deliver unmatched situational awareness and maritime dominance for U.S. and allied military forces. In this role, you will manage and mentor a high-performing Product Operations team responsible for triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents across the global Maritime fleet. You will partner directly with software and hardware engineering teams to translate real-world field telemetry and failure data into permanent system upgrades and design improvements. Your responsibilities include overseeing the collection and analysis of fleet health data using advanced data-driven tools to predict and prevent failures, acting as a critical translator between deeply technical engineering teams, business development stakeholders, and military operators in the field. Key responsibilities include leading product operations standards, driving fleet reliability through engineering partnerships, analyzing system telemetry, bridging communication gaps between technical and operational teams, ensuring exceptional customer and mission support for global users, and building scalable sustainment processes as the Maritime fleet grows worldwide. Required qualifications include 6+ years of professional experience managing and supporting complex technical systems in maritime, aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical domains. You must hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience. Strong problem-solving abilities, proven leadership and mentorship experience with technical teams, eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance, and willingness to relocate to or be based in the Costa Mesa, CA area are essential. Travel as needed to support customer operations and test events is required. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting or deploying undersea munitions, vehicles, or unmanned undersea systems (UUVs) as a DoD contractor or military end-user, familiarity with conventional naval systems or military naval operations, hands-on experience with Linux command-line interfaces, and familiarity with modern observability and ticketing tools such as Grafana, Jira, or Git.
