Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Manager for its Maritime division to lead the reliability and readiness of autonomous undersea and surface systems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, program management, and field operations, responsible for building and scaling the Product Operations function within the deployment and sustainment group. You will lead a high-performing Product Operations team, setting standards for how the organization triages, diagnoses, and resolves technical incidents across Anduril's global Maritime fleet. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and mentoring a technical team focused on fleet reliability and incident management • Partnering with software and hardware engineering to translate field telemetry and failure data into permanent system upgrades • Overseeing collection and analysis of fleet health data using advanced data-driven tools to predict and prevent failures • Acting as a critical translator between engineering teams, business development, and military operators in the field • Ensuring exceptional technical support for global users and managing high-priority incident communications • Standardizing and scaling sustainment operations as the Maritime fleet grows The Maritime team builds world-class autonomous platforms including Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry—intelligent undersea systems designed to deliver situational awareness and maritime dominance for U.S. and allied military forces. Required: 6+ years managing complex technical systems (maritime, aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical); bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent hands-on military/maritime/industrial experience; proven leadership and team management; ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret Security clearance; based in or willing to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA or Quincy, MA; willingness to travel for customer operations and test events. Preferred: experience with undersea munitions, UUVs, or DoD contracting; familiarity with naval systems or military operations; Linux CLI experience; knowledge of observability and ticketing tools (Grafana, Jira, Git).
