Robinhood is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support its crypto products team in New York. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, scaling existing crypto products, and preparing for new crypto initiatives while maintaining compliance and excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include: - Support and refine operational processes for crypto products, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance - Collect, prioritize, and communicate product-related challenges to product and engineering teams - Partner with Product Managers to execute cross-functional tasks and initiatives - Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and processes - Handle product operations workflows including customer communications, pricing analysis, and product remediations - Serve as liaison between operations and customer-facing teams, ensuring support teams have necessary tools and training - Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across the crypto product lifecycle and implement improvements through automation and tooling - Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure processes perform as expected and lead efforts to address issues Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years in crypto product operations, crypto operations, or related field - Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory landscape - Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to drive complex initiatives independently - Experience with AI tools for workflow optimization - Attention to detail with proactive, risk-aware mindset - Resourcefulness and agility in fast-paced environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The role is based in NYC with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.
