ExaCare AI is a healthtech company building an AI operating system for post-acute care. The platform transforms unstructured referral packets into clinical insights, enabling faster and safer placement decisions. The company powers 2,000+ facilities and recently raised a $30M Series A. As Product Operations Manager, you'll lead the establishment and growth of the Product Operations function, bridging BizOps and Product teams. This is a high-ownership role combining operational excellence with strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include: - Leading Product Operations initiatives and projects from conception through completion - Overseeing a growing team of Product Operations Analysts, providing coaching and professional development - Creating structured execution frameworks (clear objectives, measurable goals, milestones, ownership) - Coordinating cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, and BizOps to resolve dependencies - Monitoring support ticket quality and identifying process improvements - Analyzing frontline workflows to uncover friction and develop AI-enabled automations - Translating customer feedback and operational data into product improvements - Building deep product knowledge and establishing best practices - Supporting team onboarding and ramp, with regular development conversations - Providing leadership visibility into priorities, risks, and progress You'll need 5+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, Customer Operations, or similar roles in fast-moving B2B SaaS companies. Strong project leadership skills are essential—you excel at taking ambiguous problems, creating structure, and driving initiatives through execution. You demonstrate operational judgment, systems thinking, and technical comfort investigating product issues. Excellent written communication and cross-functional influence are critical. You're curious about how products work and skilled at connecting frontline feedback to meaningful improvements.
