Method Security is building autonomous AI-driven defense solutions to protect critical institutions—government, defense, and key commercial sectors—against sophisticated cyber threats. You will join Method's Product Development team as a Product Operations specialist, responsible for channeling engineering, product, and design activities into efficient, organized delivery and clear customer narratives. Method's Product Development team is intentionally engineer-heavy and lacks traditional product managers; this role exists to bring structure and clarity to that constructive chaos while preserving the team's velocity and flat hierarchy.
Your day-to-day will involve synchronizing clear plans and schedules across development teams for internal alignment, partnering with customer deployment and sales teams to provide precise product roadmap details, helping write product documentation, organizing customer feedback and deployment requirements for developers to digest, creating product marketing materials in partnership with development owners, and managing aspects of the product delivery lifecycle including administrative setup and cost tracking.
This is a generalist operator role ideal for someone who thrives in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments and wants to get closer to product strategy and execution. You'll have significant autonomy to drive projects forward and shape how Method communicates its platform to customers and prospects.
