Vetcove is modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry with a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce platform, and practice management system serving 25,000+ veterinary hospitals across all 50 states. Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier venture investors, the company is mission-driven to help veterinary organizations focus on patient care. As Onboarding and Implementation Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics. You'll manage and mentor a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists, setting implementation standards from kickoff through post-launch and ensuring long-term client success. Key responsibilities include: leading and developing your team with clear accountability and high delivery standards; owning the overall implementation strategy and lifecycle including project planning and go-live execution; serving as the escalation point and key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams; defining team-wide project goals, success metrics, and delivery standards; guiding clinics through complex migrations onto the new platform; building and scaling project management processes, templates, and tooling; overseeing training delivery and troubleshooting configuration, data imports, and integrations; maintaining executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and client leadership; and partnering with Product and Engineering to influence implementation workflows and champion client needs. You'll travel to client sites as needed (up to 10-15%) to support critical go-lives and ensure successful deployment. The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences, and proficiency in project management tools. Experience in healthcare or veterinary environments is a plus but not required.
