iCapital is seeking a Product Operations Associate to join the Annuities Platform team. This role bridges client operations, technology integration, and strategic execution, offering the opportunity to drive platform excellence while supporting senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end onboarding workflows for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating across internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience from intake through activation. You will configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates aligned with business requirements.
The role involves collaborating on Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction, supporting implementation, testing, and optimization of annuity product setups. You will serve as a reliable execution partner for senior management on cross-functional initiatives, preparing materials and synthesizing platform data to advance operational and strategic objectives.
Additional responsibilities include acting as a liaison to the Sales team, proactively communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition and retention. You will partner with Engineering teams to identify, escalate, and resolve platform issues, contributing to long-term platform reliability. Strong client management through proactive communication, structured issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries is essential.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (finance, business, or related field preferred) and 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in financial services, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products strongly preferred. Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms is a strong plus. You should demonstrate proven ability to work cross-functionally, translate strategic priorities into operational action, and possess exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required; familiarity with CRM or operational tools is a plus.
