Lendable is a UK unicorn fintech company on a mission to rebuild consumer finance products (loans, credit cards, car finance) with modern technology. You will join the product team as a Product Manager focused on UK Loans, taking ownership of the onboarding journey end-to-end. Your primary focus will be improving conversion across web and app journeys while identifying new ways to engage customers. You'll work closely with Engineering, Credit, Growth, and Operations teams to drive the business forward. Key responsibilities include: - Owning and driving the strategy, execution, and growth of the origination funnel, particularly direct lending - Defining the product roadmap and overseeing delivery with the engineering team - Collaborating across product, engineering, credit, data science, finance, and operations - Championing data-driven decision-making through hypothesis-driven testing and rapid iteration - Using AI tools to build automation and improve team decision-making - Navigating the fintech landscape while balancing innovation with compliance and risk management - Partnering with design to ensure customer needs drive product development - Working with third parties to ensure best-in-market product positioning You'll be expected to demonstrate autonomy in managing your product line, breaking down complex problems into actionable chunks, and working at speed in a high-growth environment. Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: Essential: - 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role - Bias for action: move fast, get things done, iterate quickly based on feedback - Data proficiency: comfortable using Python or SQL to query data and run your own analysis - Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex Desirable: - Experience in start-up/scale-up environment - Experience working on mobile app products
