Bureau is a unified risk decisioning platform for compliance, fraud, and transaction risks, serving over 150 banks, fintechs, retailers, and digital platforms globally. The company has raised $50M+ from top-tier investors including Sorenson Capital and PayPal Ventures, and is rapidly expanding across APAC, Americas, and Europe. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bureau RASP (Runtime Application Self-Protection)—a category-defining security product at the intersection of mobile security and fraud prevention. RASP protects against sophisticated in-app fraud through a four-layer Zero Trust framework embedded directly in customer applications: application integrity (code obfuscation, anti-tampering, anti-debugging via proprietary XVM virtualization), runtime and environment detection (root, jailbreak, emulators, cloned apps, hooking, overlay attacks), network and data channel protection (MITM, packet sniffing, geo-spoofing, VPN/proxy bypass), and visibility with policy enforcement (monitoring, warnings, blocks, immutable audit logs). The product deploys at the OS level, goes live in minutes with zero code changes, and feeds runtime signals into Bureau's Graph Identity Network. Key responsibilities include: owning the RASP vision and roadmap across Android and iOS; tracking the mobile threat landscape and shipping new protections; partnering with security, SDK, and platform engineers on accurate, hard-to-bypass detections with minimal performance impact; shaping the customer experience (zero-code onboarding, policy engine, alerts, audit reporting); connecting RASP signals with Device Intelligence, Behavioural Biometrics, and the Graph Identity Network to create differentiated value; collaborating with sales, solutions, and marketing on positioning, pricing, demos, and competitive wins; engaging directly with CISOs, fraud heads, and app teams at banks, fintechs, and e-commerce firms; and defining and tracking success metrics (adoption, detection efficacy, false positives, integration time). Bureau values self-motivated people, performance over hours, and speed, ownership, and impact. REQUIREMENTS Must have: - 4–6 years in product management, with at least 2 years on a B2B security, fraud, or mobile SDK product - Working knowledge of mobile app security: Android and iOS internals, reverse engineering, rooting, hooking, and tampering - Comfort going deep with engineers on technical trade-offs and going wide with customers on business outcomes - A track record of taking a product from early release to enterprise adoption - Clear writing and sharp prioritization skills Good to have: - Experience with RASP, app shielding, device fingerprinting, or mobile threat defense - Exposure to BFSI or fintech customers and regulatory expectations for app security - An engineering or security research background
