Innovaccer is seeking a Product Manager to own a defined product area within Atlas, their Population Health platform. You will drive product discovery through delivery and adoption, solving meaningful population health problems and delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations.
In this role, you will:
- Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas capabilities
- Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences
- Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and customer value
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to support launches, implementations, and customer adoption
You will combine strong customer empathy, analytical rigor, and execution excellence with an interest in applying AI, data, and intelligent workflows to transform population health.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows
- Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap development, and working with Engineering and Design teams
- Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes without direct authority
