The OpenData team is expanding rapidly across Asia. OpenData helps the life sciences industry connect with healthcare ecosystems to improve care, providing comprehensive reference and profile information on key healthcare aspects along with actionable insights.
As Product Manager for OpenData in Southeast Asia, you will own the product strategy and feature roadmap for the region. You will build and deploy the product in key markets, applying your intuition and experience to make strategic decisions about product direction. You will work closely with OpenData leadership to define the go-to-market approach and coach the product development team on building a quality product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and understand customer needs; own the user journey
- Monitor market developments and identify new product opportunities
- Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps and country strategies
- Creatively identify new data sources and partnerships to strengthen the product
- Direct the product development team to execute the roadmap and quality agenda
- Drive quality and excellence in the product, processes, and database
- Engage internal and external customers to demonstrate product value
- Ensure customer success and actively contribute to the commercial pipeline
- Work with commercial teams on marketing activities and analytics
This role is based in Singapore and requires strong problem-solving, strategic relationship-building, and leadership capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in product management, consulting, or related fields
- Agile Project Management (Scrum) experience
- Analytical skills and database knowledge
- High attention to detail and passion for quality
- Commercial acumen and local healthcare market understanding
- People management and development capability
- Excellent presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and fluent English
