Hilbert is a data science-first growth engine that provides B2C teams with predictive insights into user behavior, revenue drivers, and growth actions. The platform is fully agentic by design and helps operators compress months-long decision cycles into minutes. Customers include Fortune 10 enterprises and brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery. The company is backed by Andreessen Horowitz.
This is a 0-to-1 product role with founder-level ownership. You will own an entire product surface end-to-end—vision, roadmap, specifications, ship dates, and customer outcomes. The role emphasizes mission-driven flexibility on tactics.
Two key differentiators: First, you will be forward-deployed, spending significant time inside customer businesses for discovery, onboarding, and growth reviews, with learnings directly informing the roadmap. Second, the product is deeply technical—customers buy growth, but the underlying infrastructure involves data pipelines, ML/AI models, agentic systems, and activation platforms. You will work daily with software, ML/AI, and data engineers across time zones.
Core responsibilities include owning the product roadmap end-to-end by synthesizing complex problems into clear direction; engaging directly with customers to understand their domain and uncover high-impact opportunities; tracking and prioritizing customer requests across a large pool of accounts while keeping trade-offs explicit; defining success metrics that tie product outcomes to customer KPIs and company OKRs; and partnering day-to-day with engineering and data teams to scope ruthlessly and ship in weeks rather than quarters.
The role starts remotely as Hilbert builds its LATAM presence and establishes a regional hub. You will travel regularly across the region to work directly with customers, particularly during onboarding, implementation, and key deployment milestones. As the team and customer presence grow, relocation within Latin America may be required in the future. You will also collaborate closely with Hilbert teams across the US and Europe, so comfort working across time zones is essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years as a product manager, including at least one product taken from zero to one (engineers or data scientists who transitioned to PM are especially welcome)
- Owner's mindset: operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions without perfect information, and kill ideas when evidence warrants
- Strong technical foundation: comfortable with SQL, data pipelines, and warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery); able to engage in architecture and modeling discussions with engineers; sound judgment on AI products including evals, non-determinism, and shipping readiness
- Clear, compelling communicator who translates strategy into execution across engineering, GTM, and customer stakeholders
- Customer empathy paired with commercial instinct: understand problems behind requests, solve creatively, and know what customers will pay for
