As a Product Manager II, you will independently own a product area or platform charter end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and business impact. You will operate with significant autonomy and drive initiatives across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetization. The role requires thinking beyond features to solve for systems, operational leverage, and long-term platform evolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building customer empathy through regular engagement with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs via qualitative and quantitative insights
- Driving product strategy by defining long-term product vision and quarterly roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer outcomes, and platform scalability
- Building scalable products in collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams
- Leading product execution by writing high-quality product specifications, prioritizing effectively, managing tradeoffs, and ensuring timely execution
- Owning metrics and outcomes by defining success metrics, monitoring business impact, and driving iterative improvements through experimentation and data analysis
- Partnering with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem players to co-build industry-defining solutions

Requirements:
- 4–7 years of product management experience
