Miratech is seeking a Product Manager for Reporting & MIS to lead a large-scale Google Cloud and Five9 migration initiative. In this role, you will own the Reporting & MIS workstream, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and reliability of operational reporting as the organization transitions from legacy platforms to a cloud-based ecosystem.
You will be responsible for managing the product backlog for reporting and MIS capabilities, including features, user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. You'll assess existing MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to identify which should be retained, redesigned, consolidated, enhanced, or eliminated in the new environment.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Servicing, Operations, Product, Technology, Engineering, Data, Integration, and Analytics teams to define requirements and understand Five9 and Google Cloud data, APIs, feeds, and integrations. You will define source-to-target mappings, reporting logic, business rules, KPI definitions, calculations, dependencies, and reconciliation criteria to ensure continuity of key operational metrics.
You'll drive data validation and reconciliation between legacy and future-state reporting systems, identify data-quality gaps, define variance thresholds, and coordinate resolution efforts. Leading the Reporting & MIS UAT is critical, including designing test scenarios, validating test data, managing defects, obtaining business validation, and supporting production sign-off and cutover activities.
Additional responsibilities include driving reporting rationalization and automation (eliminating duplicates, standardizing KPIs, automating manual processes), maintaining comprehensive reporting inventories and documentation, tracking milestones and risks, and collaborating in SAFe/Agile environments including stand-ups, sprint planning, PI Planning, and retrospectives.
