MoonPay is a high-velocity fintech company building infrastructure for value movement—crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and beyond. The company serves 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners, with operations licensed in the US and regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
You will join the Crypto Asset Management team as a Product Manager, owning day-to-day product execution across liquidity and asset infrastructure initiatives. This team is responsible for how liquidity is sourced and distributed across MoonPay's platform, supporting high-value crypto transaction volumes across multiple assets, venues, and blockchains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, project plans, and delivery milestones
- Supporting integrations with new liquidity sources (centralized exchanges, OTC trading desks, decentralized services) to expand MoonPay's liquidity network
- Coordinating asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Commercial, and Product teams
- Supporting technical infrastructure setup (wallets, gas sponsorship, transaction broadcasting, on-chain services) in collaboration with engineering and operations
- Contributing to roadmap development and prioritization using data, commercial value, operational requirements, customer impact, risk, and engineering constraints
- Evaluating product performance and identifying friction points or opportunities for infrastructure improvements

Requirements:
Must-have:
- Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, technical programme delivery, or similar role, with ability to take problems from initial requirements through structured execution
- Comfort working across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Commercial) and translating complex or ambiguous requirements into clear actions and priorities
- Strong product thinking and analytical skills, with ability to understand trade-offs, use data to support decisions, and prioritize based on business and customer impact
- Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure with motivation to deepen understanding of blockchain networks, liquidity, exchanges, custody, wallets, and digital-asset infrastructure
Nice-to-have:
- Previous exposure to crypto or fintech infrastructure, particularly liquidity management, exchange or OTC integrations, stablecoins, custody, wallets, or DeFi protocols
- Familiarity with regulated financial products, crypto compliance requirements, blockchain infrastructure, or products handling high-value financial transactions
