Siena AI is building the Agent of Record for customer experience—AI-powered multi-agent systems that handle sales, support, listening, social, and voice for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, and Brooklinen. The company is a small, fully distributed global team founded in 2023 and headquartered in San Francisco.
You will own the core agent platform end-to-end, defining current capabilities and driving expansion of what the system can do. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the agent platform roadmap and defining what capabilities ship next
- Building and shipping evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems that measurably improve agent performance over time
- Providing customers with real-time visibility into platform behavior and decision-making to build trust
- Designing and running journey-level A/B tests across agent flows to inform product decisions
- Owning the onboarding experience to help customers reach full platform value quickly
- Running complete launch cycles for platform features: internal testing, early access, GA, with customer enablement via webinars, docs, and training
- Demoing platform wins directly to customers and co-selling alongside the sales team
- Working forward-deployed: sitting with customers, scoping improvements live, and shipping them
The team values ownership, directness, low ego, high standards, and fast execution. You'll work in an async-first, low-bureaucracy environment with real autonomy to solve problems your way.
REQUIREMENTS (The Bar):
- Strong problem solver
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation
- AI-native: you build with Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar as a daily part of your workflow, not just something you've tried
STRONG SIGNAL (separates good from great):
- Experience running structured experiments or A/B tests to improve product metrics
- Technical fluency: can scope webhook systems, OAuth flows, and complex integrations
- Customer confidence: thrive talking with customers, running demos, co-selling with sales
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience building trust or visibility features (dashboards, coverage reporting, status pages)
- Background implementing or rolling out complex systems for enterprise customers
NOT A FIT IF:
- You want a narrowly scoped PM role with a fixed roadmap handed to you
- You're uncomfortable being customer-facing or demoing your own work
- You'd rather stay behind the product than own messy, ambiguous parts
