EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their strategic use cases end-to-end—from identifying customer problems and data requirements through prototyping, roadmap definition, and market launch. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership and outcomes, not coordination.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), understanding both technical requirements and competitive landscape. You'll engage directly with buyers and program owners to validate problems and solutions firsthand, building customer interest and co-development partnerships.
A core part of this role is AI-native prototyping: you'll use AI tools, LLM APIs, and scripting to build working demos and test assumptions before committing engineering resources. You'll demonstrate what's possible through doing, not describing. You'll work alongside senior engineers and product experts to unblock builds, collaborate across multiple product areas and squads, and partner with go-to-market teams on launch strategy.
You'll define success metrics, hold the team accountable to them, and lead clear persist/pivot/stop decisions. This role requires comfort operating without full control—managing dependencies across other squads as a core craft.
The ideal candidate is a generalist builder who moves fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and GTM. You're customer-obsessed, biased toward speed, and operate with strong opinions loosely held. You're mission-driven to help guide companies toward sustainability and position EcoVadis as the market leader.

**Requirements:**
- Typically 10+ years of experience with a track record owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
- Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
- AI-native way of working already embedded in your operations, not aspirational
- Comfort or demonstrated ability to quickly learn regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains
- Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you bring recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
- Fluent English (primary working language)
