EcoVadis, the leading provider of business sustainability ratings, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their strategic use cases end-to-end. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership across customer problem discovery, data requirements, prototyping, roadmap definition, and market launch.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), defining the customer experience, identifying gaps, and sequencing the path from parity to market leadership. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the complete vision and strategy for your use case, understanding technical requirements and competitive landscape
• Engaging directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions firsthand
• Prototyping with AI tools to build working demos and test assumptions before committing engineering resources
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional squads to unblock and drive execution forward
• Partnering with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market strategy
• Defining success metrics and owning persist/pivot/stop decisions
The role emphasizes an AI-native operating model where you reconstruct core PM workflows around AI—configuring agents with product context, defining machine-testable acceptance criteria, and building reusable workflows. You will shift from feature author to outcome orchestrator, concentrating on strategic trade-offs while AI agents handle discovery and synthesis.
This is not a coordination role. You are expected to move fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and GTM; operate decisively with incomplete information; and take full ownership of outcomes rather than output.
Requirements:
• Typically 10+ years of experience with a track record of owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
• Technical fluency to prototype independently using AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
• AI-native way of working already embedded in your operating model, not an aspiration
• Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in these areas
• Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you bring recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
• Fluent English (primary working language)
