EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their strategic use cases end-to-end—from identifying customer problems and data requirements through prototyping, roadmap definition, and market launch. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership of outcomes rather than coordination.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), defining the customer experience, identifying gaps, and sequencing the path from parity to market leadership. You'll engage directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions firsthand. Using AI prototyping tools, you'll build working demos and lightweight services to test assumptions before committing engineering resources. You'll work alongside senior engineers and product experts to unblock progress, collaborate across multiple product areas and squads, and partner with go-to-market and commercial teams to land what you build.
Success means defining clear measures of success, holding the team accountable to them, and leading decisive persist/pivot/stop decisions. You'll operate as an AI-native PM, reconstructing core workflows around AI—configuring agents with product context, defining machine-testable acceptance criteria, and building reusable workflows. Over time, you'll shift from feature author to outcome orchestrator, concentrating on strategic trade-offs while AI agents handle more discovery and synthesis work.
EcoVadis is the leading provider of business sustainability ratings, analyzing environmental, social, and ethical risks for companies globally. The role offers hybrid work (2 office days per week in London), flexible hours, wellness support, professional development, and the opportunity to drive impact in the sustainability space.
Requirements:
- Typically 10+ years of experience with a track record of owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
- Technical fluency to prototype independently using AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
- AI-native way of working already embedded in your operating model, not aspirational
- Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in these spaces
- Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you enter discussions with recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
- Fluent English (primary working language)
