EcoVadis, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their strategic use cases end-to-end. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership across customer problem definition, data requirements, prototyping, roadmap development, and market launch. You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), defining the customer experience, identifying gaps, and sequencing from parity to market leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Own the end-to-end vision for your use case, understanding technical requirements and competitive landscape • Engage directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions • Prototype with AI tools to build working demos and test assumptions before committing engineering resources • Work alongside engineering to unblock and drive builds forward across multiple product areas and squads • Partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market execution • Define success metrics, hold the team accountable, and lead persist/pivot/stop decisions The role emphasizes AI-native ways of working: you should reconstruct core PM workflows around AI agents configured with product context, personas, and research; define machine-testable acceptance criteria; and create reusable workflows for your squad. At the highest level, you shift from feature author to outcome orchestrator, concentrating on strategic trade-offs while AI agents handle discovery and synthesis. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to move fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and go-to-market; prototype rough solutions that teach you something rather than debate perfect ones; operate decisively with incomplete information; and distinguish reversible from irreversible decisions. The company offers flexible working hours, wellness allowance, professional mental health support, learning and development opportunities, sustainability community involvement, and various benefits including optional health insurance, multisport card, and lunch allowance. REQUIREMENTS: • Typically 10+ years of experience with a track record owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with demonstrable business and customer outcomes • Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation • AI-native way of working already embedded in your operations, not aspirational • Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in these areas • Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you enter rooms with recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design • Fluent English (primary working language)
