Bolna AI is building voice AI tools that help businesses leverage conversational AI at scale. The company is Y Combinator-backed, profitable, and processing over 4 million minutes of real conversations weekly.
As Product Growth Lead, you will own the complete user lifecycle from signup through retention and reactivation. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and data to help users discover and adopt Bolna's platform.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and optimizing user journeys across signup, activation, repeat usage, paid conversion, retention, and reactivation stages
• Analyzing product funnels to identify drop-offs by lifecycle stage, cohort, use case, and feature capability
• Designing and executing lifecycle campaigns and email marketing programs, from audience selection through measurement
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to run experiments on messaging, onboarding, and product experience
• Defining success metrics and measuring impact beyond vanity metrics (opens/clicks) to understand actual user progression and value realization
• Helping users discover features relevant to their use cases, whether building first agents or scaling deployments
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll move from data insights through campaign execution to measurement and iteration. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, with direct visibility into how developers and businesses use the platform.
The team includes IIT alumni with experience at Bain, Atlassian, Uber, Zomato, and LinkedIn.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and running growth or lifecycle programs with personally executed and measured work
• Demonstrated ability in funnel and cohort analysis using product data to identify drop-offs and segment users
• Proficiency in email marketing: writing, building, testing, and improving automated journeys and targeted campaigns
• Experience with experimentation: forming hypotheses, launching tests, measuring impact, and iterating
• Strong written communication skills to explain product capabilities clearly
• Background in self-serve SaaS, developer products, product-led growth, or tools like SQL and product analytics (preferred)
• Bias toward execution and comfort getting into data, writing copy, setting up campaigns, and troubleshooting
• Ability to make progress and own outcomes in ambiguous situations
