As Product Director for Financial Markets & Financial Platform, you will have full ownership of product strategy and roadmap across two critical areas: the Financial Markets team (FX platform, Liquidity Platform, Stablecoin platform) and the Financial Platform team (ledger, wallet experience, reporting, reconciliation). This is a strategic leadership role with significant scope and visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own financial markets product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to build scalable features across web and mobile, driving clarity on requirements, trade-offs, and timelines
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, legal, and finance teams to navigate regulatory and operational complexity while delivering user-friendly products
- Understand user needs, target markets, and competitive landscape; leverage customer and partner feedback to inform strategy
- Manage trade-offs between long-term vision and near-term growth in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
- Lead expansion of financial markets into new verticals and use cases, from concept to launch
- Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement, and stay ahead of industry trends
The role can be based in Singapore, San Francisco, Melbourne, or Sydney.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Understanding of e-trading, eFX, and trading technology
- Excellent communication skills; ability to convey product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail; ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
- Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality quickly
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Experience balancing user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth
