Yotpo is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Discover team, leading end-to-end design for complex B2B2C eCommerce products. You'll work as part of a product trio with a PM and Tech Lead, shaping product strategy and priorities together.
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end product design for complex B2B2C experiences in the Discover domain, from problem definition through execution. You'll design AI behaviors and leverage AI-native processes to build scalable, intelligent user experiences. The role involves prototyping rapidly in code using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to test ideas in days. You'll apply strong user empathy, design thinking, and data-informed insights to solve complex problems, turning complex data into views marketers can act on and share with leadership. You'll make clear, reversible decisions fast, document the reasoning, and drive them through to execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced B2B2C or B2B SaaS environments
- Experience in eCommerce highly preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, UX/UI excellence, and experience designing AI behaviors or using AI-native workflows
- Experience with Git-based developer integration to prototype and iterate quickly
- Proven track record partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Proactive, curious mindset comfortable with ambiguity; able to step into a maternity leave coverage role and quickly gain momentum
- Expert in Figma and Git workflows; comfortable with modern AI-assisted design, research, and prototyping tools
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and strategic thinking behind AI-driven experiences
