Bunkerhill Health is hiring its first product designer to lead design for Carebricks, a platform powering AI agents across healthcare workflows. The company has already run over 10M workflows in the first half of 2026 and is live at over a dozen health systems with 30+ workflows in production.
The platform serves diverse end-user personas including physicians, pharmacy technicians, schedulers, back office staff, abstractors, nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants across large health systems. Use cases span prior authorization, referral queue triage, opportunistic screening, eligibility checks, and insurance denial appeals—all running on a single unified platform.
As the founding product designer, you will:
- Push the frontier of AI+Humans in Healthcare by creating innovative solutions for healthcare users to interact with cutting-edge AI output
- Own the design system and visual identity, creating and maintaining Carebricks' look and feel while incorporating brand guidelines
- Define what excellent product experience means across all end-user personas
- Move quickly and contribute from day one, working closely with engineering to iterate on new features
- Optimize existing workflows to improve user experience
You'll have high ownership and direct impact—the company's work has already led to thousands of patients receiving better healthcare. You'll work with power users, observe how end users derive value from the platform, and collaborate with a top-tier engineering team. Currently, engineering designs and builds based on end-user insights and open feedback; you will define what the design process looks like going forward.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated history working well with engineering teams
- Experience designing enterprise web applications
- Experience working on AI-enabled products
