You'll join as Product & Customer Marketing Manager, owning the complete marketing narrative: from product launches and messaging to customer proof points that drive sales wins and adoption.
In this role, you'll partner daily with the growth marketing manager, sales, and product teams to identify stories and sharpen messaging at scale. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning product launches across four products, including tiering releases and writing launch briefs that align Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Conducting customer interviews with firm leadership to extract proof points and develop case studies
- Building and testing message maps for new features with the sales team
- Running enablement sessions on launches and updating pitch decks and one-pagers
- Managing competitive battlecards and updating them after deal reviews
- Administering the customer reference program to ensure sales has the right firms to call
- Drafting launch press releases, award submissions, and executive LinkedIn posts
- Bringing customer insights back to Product to influence roadmap decisions
- Writing internal launch announcements to communicate shipped features and their business impact
You'll be measured on outcomes that matter: win rate, product adoption, and message consistency in the field. You'll report to the Director of Marketing and work in a small, high-performing team where the pace is quick, priorities shift as you learn what works, and everyone contributes beyond their lane.
