PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to join its Professional Services Team. In this role, you will independently lead customers through successful implementations and consulting engagements, providing industry expertise and product best practice guidance for HR, Benefits, and Payroll solutions.
You will own the customer relationship end-to-end, understanding their business requirements and advising on optimal implementation approaches from both technical and industry perspectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead customer implementations and projects independently, leveraging deep knowledge of PEO/ASO/Staffing operations
- Document requirements and create functional design documents; understand and manage Statements of Work describing project scope, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and detailed project notes
- Communicate proactively with management on project status and risks
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to develop and implement solutions
- Design and execute complex data merges and customer process workflows
- Deliver presentations to customers at PrismHR offices and industry events, both remotely and in person

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll, and Implementation software
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes
- Strong technical inclination and desire to learn continuously
