Axuall is a clinical workforce intelligence company that provides healthcare systems, staffing firms, telehealth organizations, and health plans with trusted practitioner data, AI-powered insights, and seamless data exchange to improve clinician onboarding, hiring, workforce planning, and provider data accuracy. As a Product Configuration Specialist, you will design, standardize, and optimize recipe and task build solutions that support scalable implementations and operational delivery. You'll serve as an operational leader and subject matter expert for configuration methodologies, working cross-functionally with Product, Client Services, Support, and other teams. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and own the strategy, framework, standards, and best practices for recipe and application/task build processes to drive consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency across the organization. • Analyze customer workflows, operational requirements, and business needs to design and build scalable, repeatable, and efficient solutions aligned to best practices. • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, continuous improvement, and solution optimization. • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, governance standards, documentation, and review practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across implementations. • Manage intake and prioritization processes by gathering requirements, organizing request queues, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring proper routing for execution. • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement, and scalable delivery models to improve operational maturity. • Provide oversight and operational direction for outsourced build work, including prioritization, quality standards, and delivery accountability. You'll need 5+ years of experience in software implementation, workflow configuration, or solution delivery (healthcare experience preferred). Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with familiarity with form/workflow configuration platforms like Jotform, software testing methodologies, and QA practices. Healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills required to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients and internal teams.
