Cloudflare is seeking a Procurement Systems Developer to drive the strategy and execution of its global procurement technology ecosystem. This role bridges user-centric intake and rigorous financial controls, translating complex business requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing into seamless, automated workflows.
Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, ensuring frictionless handoff between Zip (intake/orchestration layer) and Oracle Fusion Cloud (financial system of record). You will act as the functional lead for both platforms, building complex intake workflows in Zip while configuring Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
You will own the technical health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, monitoring data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Master Data, and Compliance screening. This includes ensuring that in-flight changes in one system are accurately reflected in the other. You'll lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting teams to translate high-level business policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
Data governance and compliance are critical: you must ensure the System of Record (Oracle) remains audit-ready, managing the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between systems. You'll manage quarterly update cycles for both platforms, conducting impact assessments to prevent workflow disruption.
A forward-looking aspect of this role involves leading the adoption and functional governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents (e.g., Procurement Policy Advisor), ensuring all AI-driven automation is compliant, auditable, and drives process efficiency across the S2P ecosystem.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and/or 2+ years with Zip HQ. Deep understanding of the S2P lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management. Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
