True Anomaly is building autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors to secure the space environment for the U.S. and its allies. As a Procurement Specialist, you will own the day-to-day execution of indirect procurement—sourcing the services, tools, facilities, and operational goods that keep teams moving. This is a tactical, execution-focused role for someone organized, resourceful, and energized by getting things done quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include executing the full procure-to-pay process: intake requests, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, issue purchase orders, and confirm delivery and invoicing. You will maintain an active vendor list for indirect categories, ensuring competitive options are available when needs arise. You'll track open purchase orders and proactively follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for indirect vendors and managing performance.
You will support contract administration for indirect agreements—NDAs, MSAs, SOWs—coordinating with legal as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to solve supply chain problems that arise without warning. You'll work in a fast-paced defense and aerospace environment where execution speed and accuracy are critical.
