As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the procurement and accounts payable team, managing the day-to-day purchasing operations and vendor relationships. This role sits at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and internal stakeholders, requiring strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal purchase requests from business units, create purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and manage receiving for goods and services
- Track daily performance and status of purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues with vendors, accounts payable, and business stakeholders
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, working to increase compliance with Wolt guidelines and ensure fast, accurate payments
- Maintain accurate, accessible, and compliant purchase documentation including training materials and purchase order records
- Liaise with cross-functional departments (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Internal Controls) to ensure smooth, compliant, and continuously improving purchasing processes
- Support awareness-raising of procurement processes to internal stakeholders
- Assist with process improvements and support auditing teams on vendor-related tasks

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement
- Experience working with vendors
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
- Excellent English skills and eligibility to work in the EU
- Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable processes, and NetSuite is advantageous but not required
