Wildlife Studios is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and scale the Procurement function in São Paulo. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for transforming procurement from a transactional operation into a value-creating business partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting direction, priorities, and governance standards for the Procurement function
- Leading complex, high-value negotiations and securing favorable pricing, terms, and contractual protections
- Conducting spend analysis and identifying cost optimization opportunities; challenging requirements and optimizing total cost of ownership
- Managing executive-level supplier relationships, including performance, risk, and innovation
- Running strategic sourcing initiatives and comprehensive RFPs for key vendor categories
- Streamlining Procure-to-Pay workflows and implementing automation and AI solutions to reduce transaction costs
- Partnering with FP&A and business stakeholders on strategic budgeting, savings reporting, and cost governance
- Leading and developing a small, high-performing procurement team
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience leading Procurement or Strategic Sourcing functions with ownership of complex negotiations and end-to-end RFPs
- Strong expertise in contracting, commercial terms, risk management, supplier management, and P2P processes
- Proficiency in spend and data analysis to identify savings and build technically anchored budgets
- Familiarity with modern Procurement or ERP tooling (SAP S/4HANA preferred); genuine interest in automation and AI
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Based in or able to work from São Paulo on a hybrid basis
