Andercore is an AI-native supplier of industrial materials for energy, infrastructure, and construction, operating across seven European markets. Recently closed a $40M Series B (raising $75M total from Atomico, Project A, and Inven Capital), with 80+ employees across Berlin HQ, London, Mumbai, and Shanghai.
In this Procurement Manager role, you will identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide, leading negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts involving €1M+ procurement spend. You will build strong commercial relationships to fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sourcing plans aligned with global objectives, collaborating with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve processes leveraging automation and data, analyzing performance data and KPIs to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will also analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to adjust strategy, support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation, and resolve supplier-related issues around quality, delivery, and compliance.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one in a fast-scaling, AI-first company. You will work directly with senior operators, gain cross-functional exposure, and have early leadership potential in a growing global team. The company offers a modern Berlin office, monthly All-Hands meetings, team events, and regular offsites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision
- Hands-on mentality: take ownership, solve problems independently, thrive in dynamic settings
- Motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about AI's role in reshaping global supply chains
- Fluent in French and/or Italian; strong verbal and written communication skills in English
