Mixpanel is seeking a Procurement Enablement Lead to build and lead the procurement program at the company. This role manages a team of two and owns organizational spend management, vendor relationship optimization, procurement process improvement, and risk mitigation across the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing and developing a small team through coaching and performance management; leading complex procurement projects across functions with clear prioritization; collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, Security, IT, and Legal on purchasing processes; building strategic vendor relationships to maximize value and secure discounts; identifying and implementing procurement process improvements using emerging tools and AI; providing procurement training to employees; and communicating a compelling vision for the procurement function aligned with Operational Finance goals.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of procurement experience, including direct people management, with extensive SaaS company background. Required skills include vendor management, procurement improvement initiative experience, market dynamics understanding, risk management, strong data analytics and interpretation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities, cross-functional collaboration, team coaching and development, adaptability to change, agility and resilience, and executive-level communication polish.
