Flock Safety is seeking a Procurement Analyst to transform procurement from a reactive intake function into a strategic, data-driven category management practice. You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events, RFPs, and contract negotiations across SaaS, professional services, IT hardware, and non-product spend categories. The role involves managing high-volume vendor workflows, processing 30–50 monthly requisitions and 100+ annual supplier renewals using Coupa and Omnea platforms. You'll own procurement reporting and analytics, translating spend data, cycle times, and savings metrics into executive-ready dashboards for leadership visibility. Cross-functional collaboration is central: you'll partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to establish clear sourcing paths, category playbooks, and risk mitigation strategies. Contract review and redlining alongside Legal and InfoSec teams will protect commercial and data interests. This is not a transactional purchasing role—you'll focus on strategic sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation rather than routine PO processing. You'll operate independently to identify process improvements, take initiative on upcoming renewals, and make sound decisions with limited information. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading strategic sourcing events and negotiating commercial terms for SaaS, services, or hardware contracts. Proficiency with Coupa and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, spend reporting) is required. You should demonstrate strong ability to review and redline vendor agreements, identify risk, and drive favorable terms. Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to build lean, flexible processes that enable fast-moving teams to operate efficiently without bureaucratic overhead.
