Oscar Health is seeking a Process Management Associate to join the Network Operations Team, reporting to the Director of Process Improvement. This role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and improving business processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes through process mapping and data collection; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities; developing and implementing process improvement strategies using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma; facilitating improvement workshops and meetings; leading or participating in process improvement projects; monitoring process performance using metrics and tools; preparing reports and recommendations for management; and identifying automation opportunities in collaboration with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience, with 3+ years in process management or process improvement roles. Required skills include 2+ years using process management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar) and 2+ years of end-to-end process management and mapping experience. Bonus qualifications include proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python), a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the Dallas, Texas area, with potential for future hybrid arrangements.
