Yardzen is transforming the $200 billion outdoor renovation industry by pairing homeowners with vetted local contractors, guiding them through design and build. The company combines AI, data, and technology to make outdoor design effortless and construction clear and guided.
As Pro Network Manager, you will lead the health and performance of Yardzen's contractor network across core and strategic markets. You'll serve as the primary relationship and performance partner for active contractors, setting clear expectations around responsiveness, site walks, estimate delivery, and contract submission. You'll coach underperforming contractors, implement performance-improvement plans, and recommend removal when necessary, while recognizing and strengthening relationships with high performers.
You'll also manage the pipeline from initial contractor matching through signed build contract, partnering with Project Managers to identify and resolve stalled opportunities. You'll lead regular pipeline reviews, use data to identify trends and improve conversion, and maintain accurate reporting on contractor activity, market coverage, and performance.
Additionally, you'll partner with the Contractor Operations Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and support contractors. You'll identify capacity and coverage gaps, develop plans to address them, and strengthen Yardzen's reputation among landscape contractors to support recruitment and retention.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Five or more years of experience in contractor management, account management, partnerships, marketplace operations, or a related field
- Experience in landscaping, residential construction, home services, or a closely related industry (required)
- Track record of managing contractors or external partners against defined performance expectations
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence to lead direct, constructive performance conversations
- Experience improving pipeline progression, conversion, or partner performance
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of partners and opportunities
- Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
